Angelica Roy recently joined BlueWater Funding as the Director of Operations. She has over nine years of operations management experience. Prior to joining the BlueWater team she was the Operations Manager for an investment banking firm in Tysons, VA. In her prior role she managed the full range of administrative, logistical and operational duties in a wide variety of program areas. In her capacity as Operations Manager, Angelica served as a liaison between HR, marketing, and compliance; in addition she managed all vendor relationships, and provided IT support . Angelica also directed and coordinated on-site event marketing programs and staff to support sponsorship tactical implementation. In her new role, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of BlueWater Funding and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Angelica is currently enrolled at the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University where she is majoring in Applied Information Technology.
